AMYE was very professional and friendly during her visit. Unfortunately, the repair couldn’t be completed at the time because the model number for my appliance wasn’t available, but she still took the time to explain possible issues and walked me through helpful troubleshooting steps. I really appreciated her willingness to share her knowledge and offer guidance even though she wasn’t able to perform the repair that day. Great customer service and a positive experience overall.

Friendly and explained what was probably wrong with the gaskets in my refrigerator. Applied a product to see if that will helpthe freezer gasket. Knowledgeable about refrigerators and even looked up more about my Kenmore model, which turns out to be made by Samsung and let me know that if the simple gasket repair didn’t work that I can still order a new gasket I appreciated the education will gladly call again if I need to do gaskets or any other repair.

John was great at repairing my washing machine & other issues that came up. He was courteous & explained the problem & solution to fix the issue. I was happy to get an appointment within a few days.
